We proudly ship all BabySZN orders from London, UK.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Typical delivery timeframes:

Pre-Orders
If your item is marked as Pre-Order, please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.
We’ll keep you updated via email as soon as your item is ready to ship.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
