At BabySZN Ltd, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and exceptional service. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities in accordance with global consumer protection standards, including UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and applicable U.S. and international e-commerce laws.
1. Return Eligibility (Physical Products)
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused

Include all original tags and packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable & Final-Sale Items
For hygiene, safety, and intellectual property reasons, the following items are non-returnable and final sale unless faulty or damaged upon arrival:

Leggings, pants, and intimate garments

Digital products and downloads (including the Fertility Bible, digital planners, guides, and subscriptions)

Custom or personalized items

Sale or promotional items

Gift cards

Personal care, wellness, or beauty products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, supplements)

Hazardous or flammable materials
If uncertain whether your item qualifies for return, please email us before purchasing.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact info@babyszn.com within 7 days if:

The item is defective, damaged, or faulty, or

You received the wrong product.
We will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Digital Products & Subscriptions
All digital content is delivered instantly via secure download link or app access.
Once a digital file, guide, or course has been accessed, downloaded, or duplicated, it is considered used and non-refundable.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days so we can restore access.
5. Private Coaching Packages
All private coaching packages (online or in-person) operate on a minimum 3-month commitment.

A minimum of one month’s written notice is required to cancel or pause your coaching plan.

Refunds are not provided for unused sessions or early termination within an active commitment period.

Any outstanding balance for the 3-month term remains payable in full.

Sessions may be rescheduled within the same month with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
This policy ensures fairness and continuity for all BabySZN clients.
6. Services Delivery Window
All BabySZN services (including coaching, consultations, and classes) are delivered within 28 days of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must still meet all eligibility conditions (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
This right does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun, or to any final-sale items listed above.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

9. Global Compliance & Klarna Purchases
All purchases made through Klarna or other payment partners remain subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.
Refunds for Klarna-financed transactions will be processed back to Klarna in accordance with their terms and may take additional time.
BabySZN Ltd operates in full compliance with global e-commerce standards, including GDPR, UK and EU consumer protection law, and FTC guidelines.
